Voyeurism
KRS 531.090 — viewing or recording intimate parts without consent where privacy is expected
- Intentionally using a camera or other recording device to view or record another person's sexual conduct or intimate parts without consent.
- Doing the same with the unaided eye or a device that improves vision, or entering premises unlawfully to do it.
- In each case, the other person is somewhere a reasonable person would believe they would not be seen or recorded without knowing it.
Voyeurism is a Class A misdemeanor.
