Minimum Wage

Lab. & Empl. § 3-413 — $15.00 an hour, and 85% of it for workers under 18

$15.00 an hour. Since January 1, 2024, Maryland's minimum wage has been $15.00 an hour, for small employers of 14 or fewer employees as well as larger ones. An employer pays the greater of that and the federal minimum.
