Damaging Property
Crim. Law § 6-301 — $1,000 divides up to 60 days from up to 3 years
A person may not willfully and maliciously destroy, injure or deface another's real or personal property in Maryland.

Where the evidence cannot show whether the damage was more or less than $1,000, it is treated as less. Damage from one scheme or continuing course of conduct may be added together. A conviction for graffiti also carries restitution, community service, or both.
