Trespass
Crim. Law § 6-402 and § 6-403 — posted land, or told not to enter or to leave
A person may not enter or trespass on Maryland property posted conspicuously against trespass, by signs where they can reasonably be seen or by paint marks on trees or posts at each road entrance and along the boundaries, made to the Department of Natural Resources' rules.
Separately, a person may not enter or cross private property, or board another's boat, after the owner or the owner's agent said not to, unless under a good faith claim of right or ownership, and may not remain after being told to leave. This section reaches only wanton entry.
