Driving While Suspended
Minn. Stat. 171.24 — a misdemeanor after notice of a suspension, revocation or cancellation
After notice. Driving a motor vehicle that needs a license while the license is suspended, revoked or canceled is a misdemeanor when the person was given notice of it or reasonably should know of it.
Driving after revocation is a gross misdemeanor for a person who may drive only through the ignition interlock program.
