Mo. Rev. Stat. § 542.402 — one party's consent is enough, unless it is for a crime or tort
One party. In Missouri it is not unlawful for a person to intercept a wire communication the person is a party to, or where one party has given prior consent, unless it is intercepted to commit a criminal or tortious act.
Otherwise, knowingly intercepting a wire communication, using a device that transmits by radio to intercept an oral communication, or knowingly disclosing or using the contents of a call one knows was unlawfully intercepted is a class E felony.
