Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-21,186 — no civil liability for emergency care given without pay, including taking a child from a car

Without pay. No one who gives emergency care at the scene of an accident or other emergency without pay is liable for civil damages for what they did or failed to do in giving it, or in arranging medical care.
