The Ticket In The Mail

NRS 484A.600 — no traffic cameras, except the officer's own and a school bus's

Cameras do not write traffic tickets here. A government in Nevada may not use photographic, video or digital equipment to gather evidence for a traffic citation, unless the camera is worn or held by a peace officer, installed in a law enforcement vehicle or facility, or privately owned.

The one exception the section names is a school bus infraction detection system: an officer may issue a civil infraction citation for passing a stopped school bus that such a system detects.
