NRS 203.010 — malicious and willful, by noise, fighting or threats

Maliciously and willfully disturbing the peace or quiet of a neighborhood, a person or a family, by loud or unusual noises, or by tumultuous and offensive conduct, threatening, quarreling, challenging to fight or fighting, is a misdemeanor.
