NRS 203.020 — two or more assembled to disturb the peace who do not disperse when commanded commit a misdemeanor

Commanded to disperse. When two or more persons assemble for the purpose of disturbing the public peace or committing an unlawful act, and do not disperse when a judge, justice of the peace, sheriff, coroner, constable or other public officer desires or commands them to, each is guilty of a misdemeanor.
