Six weeks in the state. Unless the cause arose in the county while both spouses lived there, a court can grant a divorce only if one of them has been a resident of Nevada for not less than 6 weeks before the action began.

The complaint is verified and filed in the district court of a county where the cause arose, where either spouse lives, where they last lived together, or, after 6 weeks' residence, where the plaintiff files.
