NRS 678D.200 — at 21, up to 2.5 ounces, and six plants out of public view
A person 21 years of age or older is exempt from state prosecution for possessing, delivering or producing cannabis and paraphernalia within the limits of the adult use title.

Over the limits, or outside the title's rules, the exemption does not apply. Being near lawful adult use is not by itself an offense. The exemption does not cover peace officers whose positions require certification.
