Drug paraphernalia is equipment used, intended or designed for growing, making, testing, packaging, storing, concealing or introducing into the body a controlled substance in violation of the chapter, including scales, cutting agents, baggies and containers, and pipes, water pipes, bongs, chillums and roach clips.
Not syringes, not test strips. The term does not include hypodermic syringes, needles or other devices for injection, or testing products such as fentanyl test strips.
The factors for deciding whether an object is paraphernalia, delivery to a minor, and adult use of cannabis under the cannabis title are in other sections and law not reproduced here. Whether a particular object is paraphernalia is a question for a court and a licensed Nevada attorney.
