NRS 388.1351 — reported the same day, parents told, and an investigation within 5 school days

Discrimination based on race, bullying and cyber-bullying are prohibited on school premises, at school-sponsored activities and on school buses, for staff, pupils and outside groups using the facilities alike.

Action after a violation is found follows restorative disciplinary practices, with the victim's safety put first. If no violation is found, nothing about the incident goes into the reported aggressor's record.
