Reckless Driving
G.S. 20-140 — willful or wanton disregard, or a speed or manner likely to endanger
In North Carolina, a person commits reckless driving by driving on a highway or public vehicular area carelessly and heedlessly in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others, or without due caution and circumspection at a speed or in a manner that endangers or is likely to endanger any person or property.
