Passing a Bicycle

N.D.C.C. § 39-10-11.1 — at least three feet of clearance when passing a bicycle

Three feet. A driver passing a bicycle going the same way leaves a safe distance, no less than three feet of clearance, and keeps it until safely clear of the bicycle.
