The Concealed Carry License
N.D.C.C. § 62.1-04-03 — a class 1 license from age 21, a class 2 license from age 18, both equally valid in the state

- The director of the bureau of criminal investigation issues the license after the application, a state and FBI criminal history check, and the testing.
- A class 1 applicant also may not have a felony, a crime of violence, an alcohol offense within three years, a drug misdemeanor within ten years, or a domestic violence offense.
- The test administrator may charge up to $100 for the testing.
- Inside the state the two licenses carry identical rights; the difference is how many other states honor them.
