Where Parking Is Barred

N.D.C.C. § 39-10-49 — not within ten feet of a hydrant, nor fifteen of a stop sign or a rail

  • Not on a sidewalk, in front of a driveway, within an intersection, or on a crosswalk.
  • Not within ten feet of a fire hydrant, or of a crosswalk at an intersection.
  • Not within fifteen feet on the approach to a flashing beacon, stop sign or signal, or of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing.
  • Not within twenty feet of a fire station driveway, or seventy-five feet across from it when signposted.
