Driving While Suspended
ORS 811.175 — a Class A traffic violation, unless the crime version applies
Driving on a highway, or premises open to the public, while one's driving privileges are suspended or revoked, or outside the limits of a hardship permit, is violation driving while suspended or revoked, a Class A traffic violation.
The section that makes it a crime in some circumstances has been amended since the edition the Legislature's pages print, so this guide does not quote it until the new text is published.
