ORS 90.425 — a written notice, five days to answer it in person or eight by mail, then 15 days to collect
Before disposing of property a tenant leaves behind, the landlord gives the tenant a written notice, stores the property, and waits for the deadline the notice sets.

The landlord has to store the property with reasonable care. Property not collected in time may be sold or disposed of as the section sets out.
