18 Pa.C.S. 5505 — manifestly under the influence, and a fine up to $500
In Pennsylvania, a person who appears in a public place manifestly under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance not lawfully prescribed, to the degree that the person may endanger themselves or others or property, or annoy people nearby, commits a summary offense.
Up to $500 for a first violation, and $1,000 after. The fine is not more than $500 for the first violation and not more than $1,000 for the second and each later one.
