Signals and Turns
23 V.S.A. § 1064 — a turn signal for at least the last 100 feet, and no turn unless it is safe
- Before changing direction or slowing materially, a driver signals by hand or an approved device.
- No turn or move right or left is made unless it can be made with reasonable safety.
- A turn signal is given continuously for not less than the last 100 feet before turning.
- A driver signals before stopping or suddenly slowing when there is a chance to.
