To a new county. A registrant who moves to a new county registers with that county's sheriff within three business days of moving, and gives signed written notice of the change of address to the sheriff where last registered.

Who must register, for how long, and the penalty for failing to report are set out in other parts of the law that are not on this page. Whether a deadline applies to a particular person is a question for a licensed Washington attorney.
