Reckless Driving
W. Va. Code § 17C-5-3 — willful or wanton disregard for safety, on a road, a parking area or a campus
Willful or wanton. Driving any vehicle on a street, highway, residential street, parking area or the ways of a school or campus in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is reckless driving.
A first conviction is a misdemeanor, with jail of not less than five days nor more than 90 days, or a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, or both, and more on a second.
