A missed hearing. A party who did not appear may submit a written explanation, received within 21 days after the decision was delivered or mailed, and the other side may respond within 7 days.

A second look. Within 21 days after its decision, the appeal tribunal may on its own motion amend or set it aside.

What disqualifies a person from benefits is on the unemployment benefits page. A particular claim is a question for the state's unemployment agency, its appeal tribunal, or a licensed Wisconsin attorney.
