Wis. Stat. 947.01 — conduct that tends to cause or provoke a disturbance, a Class B misdemeanor
The conduct and the circumstances. Violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct, in a public or private place, is disorderly conduct in Wisconsin only under circumstances in which it tends to cause or provoke a disturbance. It is a Class B misdemeanor, with a fine up to $1,000, up to 90 days, or both.
Carrying a gun or knife is not enough. Loading a firearm, or carrying a firearm or a knife, openly or concealed, loaded or not, is not disorderly conduct and cannot be charged as it, unless other facts show a criminal or malicious intent.
