Minor In Possession
Wis. Stat. 125.07 — underage possession is a forfeiture of $100 to $200 the first time
With a parent, guardian or spouse, allowed. An underage person who knowingly possesses or consumes alcohol beverages commits a violation in Wisconsin, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or spouse who has reached the legal drinking age.

Trying to buy alcohol from a licensee, lying about age to get it, or being in a licensed premises in violation of the section is a separate violation, a forfeiture of $250 to $500 for the first. Either one may instead or also bring a license suspension or a supervised work program.
An underage person may handle alcohol during working hours for certain employers the section lists, such as a brewer, a wholesaler, or a retailer delivering unopened containers.
