Damage Beyond the Deposit

W.S. 1-21-1211 — what the deposit does not cover is owed with ten percent interest

If the renter damages the property, the landlord may apply the deposit to the damage, and the renter stays liable for the rest, plus interest at ten percent a year on any unpaid amount.
