After an Eviction Judgment
W.S. 1-21-1013 — the writ is carried out within two days, unless a bond is filed in forty eight hours
Unless the tenant appeals, the officer carries out the writ of restitution within two days after receiving it, not counting Sundays, putting the landlord back in possession. If the renter does not leave as ordered, the sheriff may remove the renter's things and keep the renter from coming back in without any further court action.

- An appeal does not stop the judgment unless, within forty eight hours after it, Sundays excepted, the tenant files a bond with two or more sureties the court approves.
- In an appeal of a judgment for rent, the tenant also deposits the rent the judgment names, and keeps depositing rent as it comes due, or the appeal fails.
