Driving Without a License
W.S. 31-7-134 — driving while suspended or revoked is up to six months and $750
No one drives or has physical control of a motor vehicle on a Wyoming highway without a driver's license of the class, type and endorsements for that vehicle, unless the act exempts them. No one holds more than one valid license.
Who handles this in Wyoming: Wyoming State Bar, attorney referrals; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the Wyoming directory.
Driving while the license is cancelled, suspended, invalid or revoked is a misdemeanor with a fine of up to $750, up to six months in jail, or both. A repeat during the same suspension, or driving during a suspension that came from a reckless driving or DUI conviction, brings seven days to six months, with at least seven days served.
