A.R.S. 44-5002 — cancel until midnight of the third business day after signing
A home solicitation sale is one where the seller personally solicits it without a prior invitation, appointment or consent, and the buyer agrees at a home other than the seller's.
Until midnight of the third business day. The buyer may cancel until midnight of the third business day after the day of signing, by written notice given in person or by telegram to the seller at the address given for cancellation, or by mailing it there. Any notice showing the buyer does not intend to be bound is enough. A clause waiving the right is void.

The buyer may not cancel where the buyer asked for goods or services without delay because of an emergency, the seller began in good faith before the notice, and the goods cannot be returned in as good condition. A violation of the chapter is a class 3 misdemeanor.
