Driving While Suspended

A.R.S. 28-3473 — a class 1 misdemeanor

Suspended, revoked, canceled, refused or disqualified. A person may not operate a motor vehicle on a public highway while the privilege to drive is suspended, revoked, canceled or refused, or while disqualified from driving. A violation is a class 1 misdemeanor.
