A.R.S. 36-2852 — lawful at twenty-one years of age, up to one ounce, with no more than five grams of concentrate
One ounce, at twenty-one. For an adult at least twenty-one years of age, possessing, consuming, buying or transporting one ounce or less of marijuana, of which not more than five grams is concentrate, is lawful, is not an offense, and may not be the basis for detention, search or arrest.
At the adult's primary residence, up to six plants for personal use, and no more than twelve at a residence where two or more adults live, grown in a locked, enclosed area out of public view. An adult may give another adult one ounce or less, or up to six plants, without payment and without advertising it.

The odor of marijuana or burnt marijuana does not by itself constitute reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime, except when an officer is investigating DUI.
