A.R.S. 4-244 — under twenty-one years of age, any spirituous liquor in the body at the wheel is an offense
Any amount. It is unlawful for a person under twenty-one years of age to drive or be in physical control of a motor vehicle while there is any spirituous liquor in the person's body, and the same goes for a motorized watercraft that is underway.
Driving under twenty-one with liquor in the body is a class 1 misdemeanor. It stands apart from the general DUI offenses, which apply to every driver at any age.
