The Pay Stub
C.R.S. 8-4-103 — an itemized statement with every payment, and records kept three years
Every Colorado employer gives each employee, at least monthly or with each payment of wages, an itemized written pay statement showing gross wages earned and all withholdings and deductions, among the other items the section lists.
Who handles this in Colorado: Towards Justice; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the Colorado directory.
The employer keeps records of what each statement shows for at least three years after the wages were due, open to inspection by the state's labor division.
