The Last Paycheck
19 Del. C. § 1103 — the next regular payday or three business days after the last day, and a penalty of ten percent a day
When an employee quits, is fired, suspended or laid off, the wages earned are due on the later of the next regular payday for the last day worked, or three business days after the last day worked.
They come through the usual pay channel or, if the employee asks, by mail to the address given.
Liquidated damages. An employer that fails to pay without reasonable grounds for a dispute also owes the lower of ten percent of the unpaid wages for each day, except Sundays and holidays, that it continues, or an amount equal to the unpaid wages.
A particular paycheck is a question for a licensed Delaware attorney.
