Working Under 16
19 Del. C. § 506 — no work under 14, and under 16 no more than 4 hours on a school day or past 7:00 p.m.
A minor under 14 years of age may not be employed, and no minor works unless the employer holds a verified employment certificate for them.

Under 16, there is no work during the school day, and none with power driven machinery, meat slicers, deep fat fryers, construction or demolition, or other listed dangerous work, apart from approved work study and supervised farm work.
