Idaho Code § 49-624 — slow down and change lanes for police, emergency vehicles and tow trucks with lights flashing
Two lanes or more each way. Approaching a stationary police vehicle, emergency vehicle, tow truck or highway incident response vehicle with lights flashing, a driver slows below the posted limit, proceeds with due caution, and moves out of the adjacent lane as soon as it is reasonable and prudent.
On a road with one lane each way, the driver slows below the posted limit and keeps a safe speed until completely past.
