Paraphernalia

Idaho Code § 37-2734A — using or possessing paraphernalia to use, up to one year or $1,000

Use, or possession to use. It is unlawful to use, or to possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia to grow, make, prepare, test, store, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise take a controlled substance into the body.

A violation is a misdemeanor carrying up to one year, a fine of up to $1,000, or both.

Advertising paraphernalia for sale is unlawful under the same section. Delivering or selling it is a separate offense. A particular charge is a question for a licensed Idaho attorney.
