What An Offense Level Means
Idaho Code § 18-111, Idaho Code § 18-112 and Idaho Code § 18-113 — an infraction to $300, a misdemeanor to six months, a felony to five years

A felony can become a misdemeanor. Where a crime may be punished either by state prison or by a fine or county jail, it is treated as a misdemeanor for all purposes once the judgment imposes something other than prison.
