KRS 244.085 — using false identification to get alcohol is a violation, then a misdemeanor

A person under twenty one may not use, or try to use, any false, fraudulent or altered identification to buy or otherwise get an alcoholic beverage.

A first offense is a violation, and each later offense is a Class A misdemeanor. For a person under eighteen it is a status offense in the juvenile session or family court.
