Disorderly Conduct
KRS 525.060 — fighting, unreasonable noise, or refusing to disperse in a public place
- Fighting, or violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior.
- Making unreasonable noise.
- Refusing an official order to disperse near a fire, hazard or other emergency.
- Creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition with no legitimate purpose.
Each, in a public place and meant to cause or wantonly risking public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, is disorderly conduct in the second degree, a Class B misdemeanor.
