KRS 515.020 — force or threatened force in a theft; armed, a Class B felony
- Second degree: using or threatening immediate physical force on someone in the course of a theft, meaning to accomplish it, a Class C felony.
- First degree: the same while causing physical injury to a non participant, being armed with a deadly weapon, or using or threatening a dangerous instrument, a Class B felony.
