Wanton Endangerment
KRS 508.060 — conduct creating a substantial danger of death or serious injury, and firing a gun makes it Class C
- First degree: under circumstances showing extreme indifference to human life, wantonly creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury, a Class D felony, or a Class C felony when a firearm is discharged.
- Second degree: wantonly creating a substantial danger of physical injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
