Service in Public Places
KRS 344.120 — no denying full and equal service for disability, race, color, religion or national origin
It is unlawful to deny anyone the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities and accommodations of a place of public accommodation, resort or amusement because of disability, race, color, religion or national origin, outside the listed exceptions.
A person injured by a violation may sue in Circuit Court to stop it and recover actual damages, costs and a reasonable attorney's fee.
