Minn. Stat. 345.49 — a claim on the commissioner's form, and only the parts of a will that prove it
In Minnesota, any person claiming an interest in property delivered to the state under the unclaimed property sections may file a claim to it, or to the proceeds of its sale, on the commissioner's form.
Only what proves the claim. A person claiming through a will, trust document or court order may submit only the portions of the document or order needed to establish the claim.
Privacy. Government data the commissioner receives with a claim is nonpublic data or private data on individuals.
