The Highest Degree Of Care
Mo. Rev. Stat. § 304.012 — careful and prudent driving, and stunt driving barred
Every Missouri driver has to drive in a careful and prudent manner, at a speed that does not endanger anyone's property, life or limb, and has to exercise the highest degree of care. Stunt driving is prohibited.
Class B misdemeanor; class A with an accident. A violation is a class B misdemeanor, and a class A misdemeanor if an accident is involved.
