Driving while revoked in Missouri is operating a motor vehicle on a highway when the license or privilege has been cancelled, suspended or revoked, in Missouri or another state, while acting with criminal negligence about knowing that it was.
Class D misdemeanor for a first violation. A first violation is a class D misdemeanor, and a second or third a class A misdemeanor. Later violations can be felonies.
