Mo. Rev. Stat. § 407.705 — until midnight of the third business day
Until midnight of the third business day. A buyer in a Missouri home solicitation sale may cancel until midnight of the third business day after signing, counting every day but Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays. Notice in any written form to the seller's address works, and a mailed notice counts when it is mailed.
The right is lost only if the buyer asked for immediate goods or services because of an emergency, the seller in good faith made a substantial start, and, for goods, they cannot be returned in substantially the same condition.
