Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-4,108 — a Class II misdemeanor and a one year driving ban for a first offense

During a ban or revocation. It is unlawful to drive during any period a court has ordered a person not to drive, or while the license is revoked or impounded by conviction, court order or the director's administrative order.
